Printing a Blank Environment Activity Form

Some users may wish to print out a blank environment activity form.

To print a blank environment activity form:

1. Navigate to the “Environment Activities Page” (see Accessing Environment Activities).
2. Scroll down to the “Forms Available for Environment Activities” section at the bottom of the page.
3. Click the print icon on the same row as the activity to print.
