Deleting Environment Profiles

Note: Deleting is not recommended. Profiles created accidentally may be deleted (e.g. a duplicate).
Note: An Environment Profile may not be deleted when activity forms have been attached to this profile. To delete any activity forms associated with the environment profile see Deleting Environment Activities.

To delete an environment profile:

  1. Click “Environment Data” in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click “Search Environment Data”.
  3. Locate environment profile to delete.
  4. Click the trashcan icon in the “Action” column.
  5. A prompt will appear that asks “Are you sure you want to Delete the selected form”?
  6. Click “OK” to confirm and delete OR click “Cancel” to cancel the deletion.
