Adding Environment Activities

To add an environment activity:

  1. Click “Environment Data” in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click “Search Environment Data”.
  3. Locate the environment profile to add form data to.
  4. Click the environment ID.
  5. Click the name of the activity form to add from the list of “Forms Available for Environment Activities”.
  6. A blank form will appear.
  7. Fill in all collected data.
  8. Click “Save” to save data as “in progress” (i.e. incomplete); OR Click “Submit” if the information is correct and ready to be fully submitted.

The new form will now appear in “Environment Activities”.
