6- Clients by Reason for No Contraceptive Method and Age Group

The section below contains information about one of the tabs in the Family Planning (FP) Report.

Reminder: For each visit, a KDHE Program Visit Form – Adult and a Service Form must be completed with matching Date of Activity and the correct program selection to ensure that all clients/visits are counted in reports. If there is no KDHE Program Visit Form – Adult with Family Planning selected for the Program that matches the Date of Activity for a client, their information will not be included in this report.
Note: Instructions for accessing underlying client level data and downloading PDF versions of reports are available in the DAISEY TA Brief “Using Reports for Quality Assurance”.

Troubleshooting Tip

This is an unduplicated count of clients.

This chart can be filtered by gender by selecting the desired caregiver gender from the filter on the right side of the screen

Only contraceptive method categories that are in the data are represented on the chart. More frequently occurring population groups are easily identifiable by darker shades of green.

Records in ‘No Response Provided’ are from FP Service Forms where ‘None’ was selected as the response for ‘Type of Contraceptive Method at end of visit’ but no reason was provided in ‘Reason for no contraceptive method’.  These blank responses should be corrected to ensure high quality of data for this report.

If a client declines to offer a reason why they are choosing ‘no contraceptive method’ at the time of the visit, “N/A” should be selected as the response. This field should not be left blank.
