The section below contains information about one of the tabs in the Pregnancy Maintenance Initiative (PMI) Report.

Reminder: For each visit a KDHE Program Visit Form and a Service Form must be completed with matching Date of Activity and the correct program selection to ensure that all clients/visits are counted in reports.

Data Source

The Count of New Enrollees is calculated from ‘New Enrollee’ selected on the PMI Service Form during the date range.

Troubleshooting Tip

New Enrollees are a subset of the Count of Clients Served.

Remember, clients should only be indicated as a ‘New Enrollee’ on the PMI Service Form one time (their first visit).  If users mark a client as a ‘New Enrollee’ on multiple PMI Service forms, that client will be counted multiple times in this report.  This data should be corrected to ensure good quality of data in this report.

Age of Children in Households of New Enrollees

Data Source

The Age of Children in Households of New Enrollees is calculated from ‘New Enrollee?’ and ‘Indicate the number of client’s and partner’s children in the home age <1’ and ‘Indicate the number of client’s and partner’s children in the home age 1-11’ and ‘Indicate the number of client’s and partner’s children in the home age 12-22’ on the PMI Service Form within the date range.

  • Indicate the number of client’s and partner’s children in the home age <1
  • Indicate the number of client’s and partner’s children in the home age 1-11
  • Indicate the number of client’s and partner’s children in the home age 12-22

Troubleshooting Tip

The Count of Clients Served is the number of caregivers with at least one PMI Service Form during the selected date range.

Troubleshooting Tip

This report shows the unduplicated count of clients with a PMI Visit during the selected date range. This count includes New Enrollees. Each client is counted once even if there are multiple PMI Service Forms during the selected date range.

Data Source

The Age of Children in Households of Clients Served is calculated from completed PMI Service Forms and ‘Indicate the number of client’s and partner’s children in the home age <1’ and ‘Indicate the number of client’s and partner’s children in the home age 1-11’ and ‘Indicate the number of client’s and partner’s children in the home age 12-22’ on the PMI Service Form during the most recent visit in the date range.
